The Background

A large global mining organisation was looking for support and guidance to accelerate planned organisational change efforts within the technical services functional areas to translate the outcomes of a large-scale change management assessment into a deliverable reality.

The client had identified a number changes to reduce cost and improve efficiency in the organisational structure which impacted roughly 500 mining professionals both on site and within their Brisbane office.

During the design phase, the client recognised the need for additional external support and guidance to finalise their new operating model, with Siecap team members engaged to assist with planning and implementation.
