Senior Director — Projects & Program Management
Build and lead a practice. Work directly with major clients. Shape where we go next.
This is a practice leadership and growth role, not just a delivery position. You will lead the development of our Projects & Program Management service line, build a pipeline of work, and work directly with senior clients across business transformation, capital projects, and complex operational programs.
What you will do
- Lead the development and growth of the Projects & Program Management practice
- Own and build a pipeline of work, driving revenue and new client opportunities
- Work directly with senior stakeholders to define, mobilise, deliver, and assure programs
- Provide executive oversight across key engagements
- Build and lead a high-performing team
Who we are looking for
- Director or Senior Director from Big Four, Tier 2 consulting, or specialist project / infrastructure advisory
- Experience in project or program management within complex delivery environments
- Exposure to business development, bids, and client relationship management
- Able to engage confidently with GM, Executive, and C-suite stakeholders

Engagement Manager — Project Management & Advisory
Lead delivery. Work closely with clients. Build your leadership capability.
A client-facing delivery leadership role with strong exposure to both execution and commercial aspects of engagements. You will lead projects and workstreams end-to-end, manage engagement teams, and work closely with senior client stakeholders to translate strategic recommendations into practical outcomes.
What you will do
- Lead projects and workstreams end-to-end, from definition through to delivery and assurance
- Work closely with senior client stakeholders to structure, mobilise, and execute programs
- Manage engagement teams including consultants, analysts, and specialist associates
- Support development of proposals, bids, and client presentations
- Contribute to refining Siecap's service offering and delivery approach
Who we are looking for
- Manager or Senior Manager from Big Four, Tier 2 consulting, or specialist delivery / infrastructure advisory
- Experience delivering complex projects or programs in advisory, supply chain, logistics, or PM environments
- Exposure to commercial aspects — budgets, margins, resourcing
- Practical, outcomes-focused mindset with strong structuring ability
