National Distribution Centre Program Management
Led program management for the establishment of a new 20,000sqm national distribution centre across 92 locations. Managed 3PL warehousing, linehaul, airfreight, and courier requirements through to full operational readiness across a complex multi-site network.
Full Distribution Transformation
Provided end-to-end program management for a complex distribution transformation — warehouse construction, automated systems, IT networks, racking, and safety installations — while managing the full relocation of operations, stock, and people and exiting the prior facility on schedule.
Inbound Supply Chain Program
Supported BHP in developing a new inbound supply chain solution, including road-to-rail transition via a new intermodal terminal. Framed the program objectives, workstreams, resourcing, and key risks — producing a structured development schedule to guide execution.
M&A Distribution Integration
Established the project methodology and program structure for integrating Goodyear's wholesale tyre distribution across Australia and New Zealand — managing seven-plus warehouses and a complex transport network to meet critical handover deadlines.
Chemicals Supply Chain & Procurement Strategy
Developed a chemicals procurement and supply chain strategy for a major water utility, addressing supply and governance risks in critical treatment inputs. Strengthened supplier engagement and contract structures, with ongoing project assurance to maintain alignment with strategic intent.
Procurement Operating Model Transformation
Redesigned the procurement operating model for a Victorian Government department — transitioning from a decentralised, compliance-focused approach to a centre-led model with clear roles, decision rights, and governance, repositioning procurement as a trusted business partner.
Procurement & Contracting Support During Capital Growth
Reviewed and strengthened procurement and contracting arrangements for an energy producer during a period of rapid capital investment — improving governance, contract management capability, and accountability across capital delivery to support continued expansion.
Procurement Framework for Multi-Jurisdictional Growth
Uplifted the procurement operating model and policy framework for a rapidly growing digital infrastructure provider ahead of expansion across multiple jurisdictions — designing a scalable, transparent framework capable of supporting sustained capital investment at pace.
